Calls, SMS, and the photo Gallery need the Device Monitor module (package net.safelagoon.modulex). Other articles may say Call Manager or "call & text module" — same APK.
Since July 2025 Play policy, we cannot install it from inside the blue app. You sideload it once on the child's phone.
The child-app setup screen opens this article in its browser — tap that link. If you already left setup, paste the same URL into Chrome or Firefox on the child's phone.
Then:
- Finish blue-app install and profile creation until you reach the Device Monitor step.
- Tap Download the module, then Install.
- Return to Safe Lagoon → Enable → Allow.
- Continue the rest of onboarding.
Family Link will block this until unknown sources are allowed. Family Link.
This module does not make incoming call or SMS blocking work. Call and text visibility.
