Before you begin, we highly recommend watching our complete installation video below. This visual guide walks you through each step and shows you exactly what to expect during setup.

Setting up the app on your child's phone will take about 5 minutes, and for best results we recommend you have your child's Google ID and passwords handy as you will need to link them during setup. 

Step 1. Open Google Play and search for Safe Lagoon Parental Control (its our blue colored app)
Step 2. Press install and open

Important Notes

• Installation must be done on the child's actual device - you cannot install remotely
• Keep the app installed - removing Safe Lagoon will disable all monitoring features
• Some settings may require a device restart to take full effect
• The child will be aware of the app's presence - we believe in transparent digital parenting

After that, please follow the installation steps on the screen: you will need to give permission to the device's settings, location, etc. in order to monitor all the necessary components and have access to the phone.

If you have accidentally install the Child app on your parental device (it happensall the time 😊) just stop the app and install again on your child's phone.
