Go to mobile Settings and see if the following settings are available:

• Battery & Battery Optimization (turn off battery optimization) as well as Battery saver etc.

• Apps & Apps optimization (turn off optimization)

• Autostart settings (turn on auto start for Safe Lagoon)

• Go into Settings > Apps > Restricted Apps and make sure that Safe Lagoon is unchecked

• Tap the Overview button to open a list of recently used apps > find Safe Lagoon > press and swipe down > tap the "lock" button
