For Google Pixel and stock Android

Pixel, Motorola, Nokia and other near-stock Androids: Accessibility on, battery Unrestricted, Adaptive Battery off for Safe Lagoon.

On Pixel and other near-stock Androids (Motorola, Nokia, and many Android One phones):

  1. Settings → Accessibility → Safe Lagoon On.
  2. Settings → Apps → Safe Lagoon → App battery usage → Unrestricted.
  3. Settings → Battery → Adaptive Battery Off if the child phone keeps pausing Safe Lagoon overnight.
  4. Battery saver Off while you are testing.

That is usually enough. If the brand still has an extra "autostart" screen, turn it on for Safe Lagoon.

Motorola/Nokia-specific one-liners used to live in their own articles; they now point here.
