How to add another Parent

To share monitoring responsibilities with another parent or guardian, follow these simple steps:

1. Access the "Invite a Supervisor" feature:
   • Open your Safe Lagoon app OR
   • Log in to the Safe Lagoon Web Center
2. Add the new supervisor's information:
   • Look for and tap the + (plus) icon
   • Enter the person's first name
   • Enter their email address
3. Send the invitation:
   • Tap the "Invite" button
   • The invited person will receive an email with further instructions

Important Information:

• You can invite multiple supervisors to monitor your account
• Supervisors will have access to all monitoring information and control settings
• Supervisors cannot:
  • Delete the account
  • Invite other supervisors
  • Access billing information

Note: If you're trying to invite someone who already has a Safe Lagoon account registered with the email address you're using, the invitation will not work.
In this case, you can either:

• Use an alternative email address for the invitation
• Contact our support team for assistance
